Star Vs The Forces Of Evil Party : Decoration Ideas!
If you’re doing a Star vs. The Forces of Evil birthday party, there are so many fun and easy decoration ideas you can pull off! For starters, you could make Star’s magical wand the centerpiece—either DIY it or find one online. Surround it with sparkly confetti and glitter stars to really give it that magical touch.
You can also do colorful banners and a fun backdrop that looks like the dimensions Star and Marco travel through. Add some glow-in-the-dark stars to make it extra fun, and stick with colors like pink, purple, and blue for balloons to match the theme. Another cute idea is setting up a magic spell station with jars of colorful candies labeled as magic potions or spells. The kids will love pretending they’re mixing up their own potions, just like Star! A DIY photo booth is always a hit. You could create a portal backdrop and have props like Star’s wand, crowns, or Marco’s hoodie. And don’t forget glitter—Star loves it, and it’ll add that extra sparkle to everything.
And We Don’t Forget About Games! ( + Coloring Pages )
One idea is to create a simple obstacle course where the kids can pretend they’re jumping through dimensions, just like Star and Marco. You can use hula hoops as portals and pillows or cones as obstacles—it’s super easy to set up and a lot of fun.
Another great one is a craft station where the kids can make their own magic wands. Just grab some foam stars, glitter, and ribbons, and let them go wild creating their wands. They can even “cast spells” afterward!
For a fun version of tag, you could do “Catch the Monster,” where one kid plays the monster, and the others are Star and Marco trying to catch them. Or try “Pin the Wand on Star Butterfly,” where the kids try to pin her wand in her hand while blindfolded—like a themed version of “Pin the Tail on the Donkey.”
Another easy game is a bean bag toss. Set up baskets as dimensional portals, and have the kids toss bean bags into them. You can even label the baskets with names of different dimensions from the show!
